Insurance Rates (At a Glance)
In-network: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem BCBS (most PPO/POS plans), Aetna, and some Medicare plans billed through BCBS and Aetna.
Out-of-network: If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you’ll pay our fee at each visit and we’ll submit an electronic claim on your behalf. If your insurer approves the claim, they’ll reimburse you directly by mail or direct deposit. Prefer to self-file? We can provide a superbill anytime.
Telehealth: Many plans cover telehealth; coverage varies by state/plan. We’ll help you verify for NC & MD.

Call the number on your card (or check your portal) and ask:

Cancellations & Attendance
Missed appointments are charged at $100 (not billable to insurance).
We’ll review this policy at the first appointment, so there are no surprises.
