What Happens After You Submit A Consultation Request

  1. Phone Call: Someone from our team will call you at your consultation appointment time for a 15-minute phone call to discuss needs, counselor fit, insurance, and scheduling.

  2. Intake Forms: New clients are added to our patient portal for completing intake forms and scheduling.

  3. Insurance & fees: We’ll confirm in-network options (if available) and help you use out-of-network benefits or HSA/FSA as needed.

  4. First session: We set goals, pace, and simple next steps you can use this week.
